Prairie Field Services is the leading transport and logistics company for over-the-road crude oil hauling and fluids management. Its operations are located in Minnesota, New Mexico, North Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, serving many of the largest oil basins throughout the US.

Bolin Zwieg was tasked with breathing new life into Prairie Field Services marketing. They desired new, compelling visuals to help tell their story and drive recruitment. We needed to create an authentic, day-in-the-life portrayal of Prairie Field Services truckers, aiming to vividly depict the hardworking, unforgiving nature of oil field hauling while candidly capturing employees on the job. This visual content would bolster dedicated marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting new drivers.

We developed a series of photographs juxtaposing Wyoming's beautiful landscape with the raw conditions of the oil industry. Our solution included several ride-alongs with drivers to experience and better understand their world. It was evident to us that the drivers felt immense pride in doing this difficult work, a badge of honor. Inspired by the western culture of Wyoming, we likened these individuals to modern-day cowboys, positioning them as everyday heroes, showcasing their strong work ethic and tried-and-true approach to a job well done. We used this content extensively across multiple email and digital ad campaigns. Fortunately, the recruitment effort was very successful, completing the goal in less than two months.
