    A division of Lubrizol, is the largest grease manufacturer in North America. It is a custom formulator and primary producer of specialty lubricants, industrial fluids, and finished greases used in numerous industries worldwide.

  • Chemtool was developing new, state-of-the-art formulations to supersede the current best-in-class products. They wanted to introduce these new products to a list of chosen current and prospective customers. Chemtool engaged Bolin Zwieg to create a unique and exclusive customer experience for Chemtool customers that elevated the brand and enhanced customer engagement to foster long-term relationships.

  • Bolin Zwieg worked with the Chemtool brand team to develop a comprehensive customer experience program called "Catalyst" that combined physical and digital experiences. We created a custom-branded, hard-sided Pelican case that was delivered to the offices of critical current customers and prospects. This unique high-impact kit featured several items, including a custom stainless steel ball-bearing spinner utilizing a new Chemtool formulation, a metal member ID card imprinted with an individual passcode, and a soft-touch program brochure. Recipients then logged in to a password-protected web experience filled with exclusive value-added thought leadership content and advanced release information of the new formulations.
